It ain't cheap though! But you can get a refund - less $12 processing fee - and $30 of the $150 if you cancel before March 1, 2022

cj and all
Pulled up the NSGA schedule and for cycling there isn't much information with, when the specific events are, age classes, entry fees, who can enter, if qualifying is needed, ...

Is better information available ?

May isn't far away for so little information.

Thanks in advance

It is great that they have this event, but it is a long way to go (and the huge expense of course) just to ride a 5K TT - not sure it is worth it unfortunately. :([/QUOTE

Totally understand your frustration with expense and TIME attending a competitive event.

I stopped attending competitions for said.

Last competition I attended was the 1996 National Championship Mountain Bike Cross Country race .

Finished 4th due to living at 800 feet altitude and the Mammoth Mountain, California event was at 9,000 ft altitude. I should have know better as nearly all the other competitors lived at 5,000 fet and up.

Not counting TIME (enjoyable) expense investment nearing $2,000 without purchasing any new equipment. (I already had the race equipment needed)

So, to flatter one's ego, competitions get very expensive with time and expenses factored in.

Sorry for the rant ,,, boiled to the bottom line, it's always about our EGO.

If anyone is interested, I made an RGT Magic Road of the TT course for training. If you Use RGT and you’re interested, I can share the course with you. Maybe it’s visible to the public anyway, I’m not sure. I’m still new to RGT. Search magic roads for Florida Live TT.

Is it a huge expense really? How much did your bike(s) cost?
How much would you pay to have your favorite road closed to all car traffic for an hour?
But, seriously - It's not the cheapest race around for sure. The Blue Streak takes that prize.

It is a long way to go. But, I live in Michigan and this time of year we need something (warm) to look forward to.
