Removing the rear shock bolt on Quest

Has anyone else had issue with removing the bolt-axle thing that keeps the rear shock in place on the Quest 1.0? It was really hard to get out 2 months ago, and now it is completely stuck. It can rotate but refuses to slide out. Any tips? Elliot

Do you mean the top one? Do you have a little penetrene/CRC56 you can use?

I have neither of those

I have neither of those but I have tried my bike oil and WD40. No luck though. It is really stuck in there.
