Rotor q-ring 50/34: which front derailleur (11-speed) and 2x shifter?

At the present I have q-rings (5-arm) 50/34 on my French MBB (one built by Jean Letrange).
, a Shimano 105 cassette 11-34, 105 11-speed chain plus di2 11 speed/2x road derailleur/shifter.
The risky combinations are excluded through the di2 settings.
I would like to swap to a manual shifting: xt rear derailleur sgs (EUR 25: new, but mounting marks) , xt shifter 11-speed (EUR 25)+ 11-36 Sunrace MTB cassette
(which allready is mine). But there is no 11-speed Shimano front derailleur with the capacity 16t, only with capacity 10t. There would be 10 speed front derailleur with >=16t, but the 10 speed cage is broader and therefore I fear that the shifting might be affected..
I need a clamp 34.8mm above the front deraileur.
Any other possibilities? I wouldn't mind buying a used front derailleur.

Shimano GRX front has a 17 tooth capacity, the new ones are 12 speed but may work or there may be 11 version still available. You could upgrade to 12 rear cassette and derailleur. I am using the Di2 12 speed with Rotor Q chain rings of 48/32 and it works well.

I use Q Rings on my V20c and S30 (both 52/36, with 11-30 11-speed cassettes), and on my Specialized Aethos (50/36, with an 11-28 11-speed cassette). I used Shimano Dura Ace 9000 mechanical drivetrains on the V20/V20c and S30 for years without issues. Currently, all three bikes are running Dura Ace 9100 mechanical drivetrains, also without issues. Initial setup can be a little finicky, but once there the shifting is solid. I do habitually avoid cross-chaining, for drivetrain longevity, so I don't tend to have shifting issues that might be caused by cross-chaining. I hope this helps.

SHIMANO DEORE XT M8000 is not compatible because low sprocket min. is 40t
Therefore I have bought Sunrace RDMX600 MD derailleur (only 1x specified) and Sunrace DLMX33N Shifter (sunrace mtb 11-36 cassette lying around me for years) and I would buy a cheap aliexpress single narrow-wide chainring to replace the rotor chainrings (temporary solution). It allows 1x 11speed only, but 25km/h max pedalling is sufficient to me.... RDMX600 MD and DLMX33N together EUR 30 (new, but mounting marks on the rear derailleur, which I could use with my Taifun, which is still waiting to get set up, as well.

Alternative: lying around me is a sram rival22 (2x specified) plus apex shifter, which I would use with the existing Shimano 105 11-34 . The rival 22 allows officially a 11-32 cassette max.... but I would give it a try or use an extended link. The capacity. of the mid rival 22 is 39t. chainrings (50t-34t) plus cassette (34t-11t) equal to 43, which means, that I can only use the smaller chainring at the present. I might swap the 34/50 to a rotor 34/46 combination, once the 46t outer 5 arm q ring is available (out of stock in Europe...): chainrings (46t-34t) plus cassette (34t-11t) equal to 39, Is it sufficient with oval chainrings as well?

You could upgrade to 12 rear cassette and derailleur.
The q rings 5 arm are limited to 11 speed:
