Simplicity is beautiful! Nice build. Sorry about your surgeries, if I was a local American resident I would consider it. But Iam sure someone will grab it soon.

Sorry to hear it, ak-tux. You are one of the more ancient and honorable among the host of ancient and honorable folks I have met in my ten-plus years of recumbenting.

I would grab your bike soon - I have a long history of driving to the west coast to get bikes - but at my age and condition, my future in cycling is not assured. Current plan is to have the Silvio v1 as my only ride on Thanksgiving road trip. That should tell me a lot.

Oh, I wish, but I've already got more bikes than I have bums to sit on them.

If I was to go the Cruzbike route afresh I would buy the S40 rather than my Vendetta.

The S40 is a sure winner and the Parkers' have scored on this bike, which is much more versatile in my opinion than the Vendetta which I feel is best suited for racing around a track whereas the S40 could safely be taken out on the road - which is what I originally bought the Vendetta to do.
