Don't understand steering on Cruzbikes. I have an old short wheel base recumbent which is comfortable but a little twitchy to ride. I have been sitting on many recumbents and I am surprised at how poorly made some of the seats are. On one I kept sliding forward, on another there was an uncomfortable tube under the seat bottom, and several don't support the lower back. So I want a test ride.
