Softrider brakes

They say you can put 27 inch wheels on a softrider. What about the brakes?

For wheels larger than 26"

You can use road calipers on the fork and swing arm. You'll need appropriate short-pull brake levers.

This should work for 700c and 29r wheels, as well as older 27" and 27 1/4" wheels.
