I note a lot of owners are mentioning that there's no where to hang/bolt/store 'stuff.'
For a long time I've used a seat top bags on 3 recumbents - the bags will pretty much fit any seat.
For hydration I have a tube and nipple. I've drilled a PET cap for the hose and the bottle of whatever size you like, will easily fit into one side of the top bag. On the nipple end, I have a lanyard so the tube hangs around my neck with the tube coming forward under my arm and nipple in easy reach just in front of my arm.
This is a totally flexible system. You can use up to a 1 litre bottle. PET bottles cost nothing if you use empties and being able to swap them at zero cost means you don't get crud buildup in the bottle.
A small top bag will take everything you need, bottle, pump, raincoat, spare tubes and a mini toolkit.
