Unless noted below, bike is stock "Complete" variant, with SRAM APEX 1x11 42tx11t-42t drivetrain, TRP disk brakes, and quick release axles.
Bike was dropped once while practicing very slow speed tight turns. Contact points were right pedal , right handlebar end, and right seat edge.
The pedal has minor scuffing on end that doesn't effect performance.
The handlebar was not bent, however, tape was torn and end cap scuffed. Handlebar has been re-taped with new end cap.
The right side brake lever end was scuffed but not bent or otherwise damaged.
The seat edge scuff is very minor and nearly invisible. Seat structure not damaged.
Also, a single paint scuff on right side upper seat stay unrelated to drop.
Modifications:
1) The headset has been changed to the Viscoset headset used in newer model S40s. Change was prompted by the drop above and was a major improvement in steering stability.
2) Fork steering tube shortened by 1 spacer (10mm). Change was prompted by unavailability of the Cruz Bike optional curved slider in the Covid era, and handle bars being very high for me at 5 foot 9 inches (176cm). Even after the change, the handlebars are still higher than I would like but can be changed up or down with the currently available Cruz Bike curved slider (not included).
Not currently installed, but included with sale:
1) Underseat rack. This is the early version that is not as well designed as the current rack. As new and never used.
2) Scarab underseat bag. As new and never used.
3) Front derailleur stalk and pulley kit. As new and never used.
4) Suspension adjustable headrest.
5) Head rest cage mount kit with utility post add-on and single bottle cage
6) Original Cane Creek Ten headset (Replaced by Viscoset).
