Someone with a S or V in Seattle riding across 520 every morning?

I see a rider with a S or V riding across 520 bridge around 645am to Bellevue every morning as I drive to Seattle. Very curious who that is!

Yes, sunrise rides are the best!
In the morning there is often a bald eagle that hangs out (perches on a light post or camera pole) on the west side of the bridge.
I really look forward to seeing him.
BTW I almost always ride the S40. The 650b x 42 tires spoiled me. The V20 with it's 700 x 28c seem so harsh by comparison (I liked them just fine, until I started riding the 42's).

I can see the 28c tire will be very bumpy. I rode on 520 once with my S40, which has 700x32c. It was still very bumpy going over the expansion joints, so I never went back. I will have to keep 650b on the back of my mind.
