Spare seat cushion and cover for sale

This is the cushion and head rest cover that came with my S40 that I bought last summer. I ordered the Ventisit cushion with the bike and after two rides decided to get the adjustable head rest. I don't see I will ever need these stock components so am offering them together for $25. I live in southern Oregon and weighing next to nothing shipping should not be much.
