Super V Cannondale conversion

Hi, I have just started putting together my first conversion. I picked up an older Super V Cannondale with a small frame. It had an 1 1/8 head, so didn't have to worry about that.
First problem I ran into, was that the Deep V of the bike was so narrow, that the seat base would not fit between the two sides, and still sit on the bracket/plate. Solution was to fold up an old tube to boost the height of the base to clear the edges. It still sits pretty low, and had to lower the seat post almost all the way to the bend in order to just hit the top of the seat back rails. I will try and upload some pics of original donor bike, seat solution and progress so far. What I would really like to find is a set of Spin tri-spoke rims to put on it. They would set the look of this frame off so nicely with its big carbon rear beam. If anyone knows of a set let me know. :) Thanks
