I was taken back by how cheap and easy they did it. Mostly, they thought outside the box. For example, putting the bike lane next to the curb and making the cars park ouside of the bike lane. Brilliant! Cyclists don't get doored and you don't have cars and cylists crossing paths! Simply by moving the stripes/barriers and getting people to think differently, they changed a culture. Think about thata second!
