tandem conversion

Hi, I am relatively new but would it be possible to convert a tandem to recumbent, I think the tandem community would be very interested in such a kit!!

BTW If/when you search for the word tandem, you'll also get hits on eccentric bottom brackets and tandem brake cables. The former may be of use when building a hub gear into a Cruzbike and the latter is used when building up a Silvio for the rear brake.
