So I've only had my neon orange Q45 out on short trips in town to shake it down and wait for Spring weather.
It's been amusing to see that the bright orange color seems to attract comment and inquiries, more so than the bike geometry. In one case, two women yelled from across the street that it is an interesting nice looking bike, and asked if it is comfortable and whether the paint glows at night! The next day, I was stopped and a woman came by and commented that it is a very attractive bike.
The aesthetics seem to be such that people are not commenting on it being a recumbent or an odd FWD recumbent but rather noting how nice it looks. I wonder if that somehow leads to people accepting it as just another geometry and nothing weird?
