Tire sizes

I'm looking at putting on some wider knobbier tires on my Q45 for some light trail riding. What is the maximum size that works? Tried the stock tires and found them a bit slippery with a lot of front wheel spin in gravel.
Currently looking at Maxis Rambler 650X47 and Schwalbe one-bite 27.5X2.1.

I had Panaracer Gravelking 650bx48. Stll had space for fenders.

The 48c will be a good wide tire as mentioned but not too tight. Some good micro-knobbies will be much more grabby.

Thanks, ordered a set of 650X48 Panaracer Gravelking SK (small knobs). Will report back later in the spring when the weather gets a bit better.
