type of handle bars & ease of riding

I just started riding my new Sofrider with the standard handle bars & feel more comfortable with every ride. I had also ordered the high handle bars, but the instructions were not sent with the box they came in ( I called & was able to download a copy) Since the bike shop did not have the instructions for the high bars assemble when I first left the bike with them, I decided to just try the standard bars for a while & see how they felt. I was wondering what the learning curve is for the transition from low to high bars since the placement location looks quite different. Is there a big difference between the feel? Or the ease of riding between the two?
