unable to answer a message

For some reason I dont have a 'reply' box to reply to a PM. The message was from a new member with a question. It there a min # of posts that you need before you are ably to reply ?

Not on his message. I do on other messages, just not his.

I thought the same thing but when I had the message typed, I had no button to ‘send’. Even thought it was a PC issue but had the same thing on my IPhone

There's a "lock conversation" box on the Start A Conversation page that he might have accidentally checked.

I was able to 'start a conversation' The lock wasnt ticked but didn't realize I had to click 'start a conversation' again to send....my bad, the new format had this old guy confused. Perhaps he had the lock on from his end.
