I just received a V2/K frameset I bought used.
QUestions:
I loosened the spring collar on the shock so I could test it by stroking it. I has almost no resistance, like it has no oil in it. Does it come this way new?
There was no seat post clamping collar on the seat tube (and none in the box). Does the frameset ship with this new?
One plastic plug was in the "bottom bracket" shell that is on the rear swing arm. The other side does not have a plug. Am I missing one?
Looks like I received 2 headsets: Cane Creek, and a chinese one. I'm guessing the chinese one is the stock headset, and the prior owner through in the Cane creek as a bonus?
Plastic bushings in main pivot should be greased, yes?
(same with shock pivots)?
