V20 frame, disc brakes, hubs

Hi there.
I want to get a V20 frame and assemble my own bike.
When it comes to components, i'm a bit uncertain.
Can i easily mount disc brakes (maybe Shimano Ultegra) at the frame? In an older thread, people mentioned that you need to file off a little bit to make it fit. Is that still required for the recent frames?
What about hub size for front and rear weel? is the frame for 135mm / 100mm hubs, and is it compatible with disc brake hubs?
What about the dimensions of the bottom bracket?
Thanks for any advice.

All standard road bike parts will work fine. Frame has 132.5 and 100mm hub spacing so it fits both 130 and 135 just fine. The filing the frame you mentioned is to clear the rear rotor and you're filing off just a little bit of the weld that it rubs but don't worry the weld is way bulkier then it needs to be. BB can depend on if you're getting a new frame with the updated chain stays or the old stays because the old stay required certain BB shells so it could clamp on. If it's a new bike then any threaded BB that matches your chosen crankset will work fine. Don't forget you'll need 1 full chain plus like 10 more links so buy two chains preferably KMC and you'll just rob a few more links from that donor chain each time to buy a new one.

I recommend a 140 rotor on the rear and 160 upfront for a good balance of power between the two.

Okay, thanks for the quick help. I'll get the frame set directly from cruzbike, so it should be the new one.

I don't know about the new V20 frame, but on my 4-year old V20 a 140mm rotor fit just fine on the rear wheel but I needed to file some material off the frame to fit a 160mm rotor. On the front wheel a 160mm rotor has plenty of room.
