Might fit an S40 but have not confirmed headrest rails are the same. Will include mounting hardware.

Still not done making adjustments to the box i purchased from Randyc3 but absolutely love it so far. Will be taking it for a test ride later today.....60 degrees in Wisconsin in November you have to go out!!
