Vendetta Restoration

Hello.

I got a Cruzbike Vendetta from an estate auction. I thought it was a really cool looking recumbent bicycle, for the most part. I'm trying to find parts for restoring it.

It looks like a previous owner converted the front end so that the peddling and steering are all like in one piece. It's a crazy set-up. When you turn the handle bars, the front peddles turn with it, too. They made this thing front wheel drive.

The frame doesn't look to have been modified so I figure converting it back to regular rear wheel drive will be easy enough, if I can find the original missing parts.

Any help or suggestions, thanks.

That could possibly provide better traction uphill and also the ability to stand for better power.

I got it. Just mount the bottom bracket the other way around, and ride the bike on your belly instead of your back. Steering might be tricky, but I think you can make it rear wheel drive that way. Good luck! :D
