What piece is this?

It seems that I lost an end to a bolt (the one shown in the pic). I'm trying to remember what was on the other end of this It is just hanging loose now. Does anyone know what size this is and what exactly I need to fix it?

This is one side. Assuming the one you have in there is the female-threaded through bolt?

You should be able to hide those cables through the handlebars and boom. The cables should come out and go to front brake and rear derailleur.

If you have a hardware store close that has decent hardware selection you should be able to source that bolt and washer quickly. We can send one but it wouldn't be able to get out till Monday.
