Zwift Sensor Dropouts

Hi all, So, in Q4, I was having HR sensor reading drop on Zwift. Ran Garmin headset as a backup and it was fine. Went ahead and sprung for new ANT dongle, new cable and, after 6 years, replaced the old laptop with a new gaming laptop. Was fine for about 6 weeks and beginning to have power and HR dropouts, whether power sensor is paired to Kickr or my Garmin pedals. Garmin headset continues to read both HR and power pedals continually.

When I go to pair to the Kickr, there are several options that show up. Am I missing something?

Any suggestions are welcomed. The laptop has a hard line Internet connection so its not a wireless Internet issue

Thanks. That was terrific advice. Had the ant dongle laying on the concrete floor; lifted the cord and elevated the dongle on the chair and it now works perfectly.
