I was kind of baffled at that too because that is DEFINITELY not a V20c. They are selling a full S40 build for $2K is an incredible deal. That seems too good to be true.

We sometimes get scammers on here Silvmanc07. Some New Members pull pics off various sites and try to get buyers to send them money online by offering those bikes for sale. Only 1 pic in your first post, as well as labeling it a V20c instead of an S40 seems a lot like a person who doesn't know the difference between the 2 bikes, which can be expected for a scammer who doesn't have the bike in front of him. Providing more pics helps, but try to understand that if you are a legitimate seller then buyers are going to be leery of sending money to you online and hope that you ship the bike to them. Most likely they are going to want to do a cash purchase in person after test riding the bike.
