Wanted: v20 Race Case

Probably a long shot, but I am looking for a classic v20 race case. No matter what the condition.

I am interested in trying to reproduce one on my 3D printer as a side project. I think I might be able to do it, but need to get some measurements and such. Anyone, if you have one you would like to sell let me know.

are you printing with carbon threaded resin? You can probably do better aerodynamically by making the case larger, particularly wider around the shoulders. If you match to your shoulders you will do well. And please share the CAD so others can do it.

Yes on the CF resin, I was thinking the same about the size of the case, I have an M5 and was going to try and merge the models to get the most I can print in my printer. I will be limited by print volume and have to print in front and back pieces, not sure if weight will be acceptable, but modeling and printing will be fun.

Great Idea Derek, once I get the concept done, it is will be SUPER easy to modify and print any options that someone wants. Actually my M5 case has a "velcroed" lid, that might be an option.

I liked the looks of that one, did not like the need to screw on/off the lid.

My current case is the M5 that I’ve added clips, the Velcro is inadequate. See the pic of my tail cam capturing the moment it (and my speaker) lifted off and went for a tumble.

I am no photographer as you can tell! This case has been used and has some scuffs but nothing broken. I just went with the scarab bag instead.

I did not receive the case yet, not sure what is going on with no tracking.

I have a tracking number. It left the Raleigh NC distribution center today 9/29 at 11:19am and said currently in transit to the destination. Not hardly the 3 day delivery.
