    Let the V20 build begin

Forks Part 2 @ Super Slim: Sorry, but I have no knowledge about how the forks are produced, all I know is that I wouldn't recommend placing it in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit curing oven. Bad things might happen.

    Let the V20 build begin

@ Super Slim You can't. At least not without some special know-how and tooling that Kind Shock isn't willing to share. I had my fork powdercoated and ended up causing the air suspension to leak. I took it apart as far as I could and even had bike mechanics look at it; there was no obvious way...

    Let the V20 build begin

LOOKS HOT! You definitely went with the right choice on the powdercoat. It nearly emulates the reflectiveness of chrome without the mess of tyring to strip the anodizing, sanding and polishing... I have stripped anodized parts and polished them, but it is a nasty, caustic, dangerous, pain...

new carbon seat - just lighter or also longer?

You young kids and your seat problems Some of us have Cruzbikes where the seat is permanently welded to the frame. Back in my day, we didn't need adjustable angles or bag attachments. We just rode our bikes with our fixed seats and we liked it that way. or... In Soviet Russia...

    Incredibly Stable Recumbents

back to stability One time, when heading home from work back when I lived in SC, I was cruising along a beautifully smooth length of pavement on a rear flat tire! I didn't realize until making a left turn at a three way intersection (I was intent on making the green light, so I was pedaling at...

    Reversed Handlebar (or Ghetto Bullhorns)

To Axl Rose (or Lief) Ratz-Cringle gave a very good account of the set-up he uses, which I sort of stole my set-up from, but here are my answers: 1. My upper thigh has always been close to the "tops" of the handlebar. This position does not affect that, but it did take some fine tuning to...
