I tried the Air Attack helmet and I couldn't get it to fit comfortably with my Silvio head rest, it pushed the helmet awkwardly far forward. I also found it to be significantly warmer than my Bell helmet. YMMV.

Hi Duncan, last summer and fall I found long rides on my Silvio to be an incredibly effective way to melt off the pounds (although I confess to adding some of them back over the winter). Good luck with your goals.

Same experience on my Silvio 2.0, the sun going down is really the only thing that stops me at the end of the day.
