That's an old Shimano Ultegra crank. New ones have 4 bolts. Has anyone seen elliptical chainwheel guards (Not that I would ever imagine putting one on)? :rolleyes:

If there is a fast peloton going uphill , think twice about passing it. It was weird. A lot of expensive bikes wizzed pass me as I reached an intersection. These guys were motoring. 42kph. And then I said did I want to? I only had plans of going out for a casual 150watt burn. I eventually...

Heck.... It's a game changer. Twenty minutes to 3D print a bike! Next I bet they will be printing cheap houses using the same process. If they want to grow fast then think franchise. Awesome news. Perhaps carbon might be "on yer bike".

I spent probably too long on my QXL ring on setting number 5. I decided to switch this weekend. I have a nagging left hip so it was time to give it some more love. I changed the position to number 4. I changed the cassette too to a 11/32 and changed to red Look cleats to give me more float. Gosh...

In the beginning you are always fighting the bike.. even now I still constantly say relax. It is an incredible feeling. I have been watching the Tour de France. That type of racing is so different. V is more of an enduro racer. Something you can ride every day. Even if you are 50+. I love riding...

I enjoyed watching. Sure it's a bit of a battle. I don't think he was riding a vendetta as he his head was a little high. If he had narrower bars , lower head and tighter jersey it wouldn't have been over in flash :rolleyes:

The irony is that the pro peloton use tubular? Guess they like putting their tires up at high pressure... that's the only reason I can think. Anyways... I live in a place with desert like conditions. Last couple of days it's been 42c in the street. If you go tubeless ... realize that your wheels...

I use el tiempo ... it works quite well for me. No one knows for sure what the last week in July will be. It's a bit like who will win TDF ... one assumes it will be Froome but no one knows. I have been watching stage 9 and those riders had a heart rate of 200 bpm ... must have been all that...
