    It arrived

    Not sure if I'm the only one, Not sure if I'm the only one, but I've been having issues with my heels striking the chainstay where it flairs out. I'm considering shorter cranks (currently 172.5mm) but a short chainstay extension would be another fix.

    3- Fitting the cassette to I had this problem (chain rubbing on the fork). Eventually I put a 1mm spacer just inside the fork.

    Ivan, I rode through a gravel Ivan, I rode through a gravel construction area (maybe a couple hundred feet) with 25mm tires and the Silvio was quite stable -- although I was nervous the whole time.

    Sounds like it is cross Sounds like it is cross threaded or maybe stuck on some debris. The disk came already threaded into my frame. I made the mistake of removing it once, and it took many, many tries to thread it back in without it getting stuck.

    My main issue with the build Rick, is the elastomer stuck, or the adjustment disk? If you remove the elastomer can you screw the disk in farther?

    Agreed, sounds like Agreed, sounds like impressive progress! Riding in traffic can be scary at first but soon you will be riding much straighter and hugging the edge of the lane with no problem.

    Kline, yes it is threaded, Kline, yes it is threaded, and yes a barrel adjuster screws in there. The barrel adjuster fits a ferrule and acts as a cable stop.
