hi ratz i take it you checked out the salsa cowchipper an inbetween woodchipper and cowbell. all the bars seem to have close-ish reach about 76-96mm and drop 110-126. the cowchipper looks a good option along with the cowbell. cowbell probably a bit more focused which would lead me back to...

hi pete sounds like the fork is a bit of a problem getting the correct length nut and or spacer. i just ordered some 6800 shimano calipers and i hope they come optioned :) not sure i could cut down the brake pad and holder but it is an option.

ratz your bikes are going to be very special. check out the Edco monoblock cassette for one piece 10 and 11 speed cassettes . one huge thing going for it is that for 10 speed free hubs shimano/sram this 11 speed cassette will fit meaning all those 10 speed wheelsets are good for 11 speed builds.

hamish i was able to fit a one man tent footprint, air mattress, quilt and some clothes inside 25 litre radical design banana racers. just hung straight over the seat pan.

i found this too. i was able to position my headrest so that my head when laying on the rest was virtually upright and this helped a lot. the headrest is something that all of us have fine tuned......generally a lot. keep up the good work and you will rewire your brain. the vendetta really does...

tough choice on the handlebar set up ratz. i think practicality is in favour of the woodchipper style bars with more hand positions available and with the new curved slider will afford the most practical comfortable versatile ride. i love my bullhorns but limited hand positions can be painful...

chain reaction wiggle shimano ultegra $750 full groupset but you will need outer cabling and another chain . i thought you can not get a 165mm crankset for 105 or ultegra 11 speed. then replace the bb save shims
