Instructions to tie Strava to Zwift: How to connect your accounts Log in or create an account on Zwift. Click the arrow next to the Dashboard button at the top right. Go to Settings > Connections > Connect to Strava. Follow the prompts in the pop up to authorize Strava. Maybe I'm just stupid...

Yes - but visually it would be soooooo cool to see one! :D I've created an account and will play with it some - but based on you 100K ride from yesterday you would kill me tight now. I took nearly 6 weeks off in Oct & Nov (need to do that I here when you are old and gray like me!) and Bob says...

Jason, I'll see what I can do. I was part of the Beta testing for Zwift and one thing that I remember was that they did not have a recumbent bike for me to "build" in the Zwift world. Maybe that has changed, but I sincerely doubt it! So, I was never able to build a bike that could even come...

What I did to prepare for Sebring 2017 ---today

Yes, I'm a "old" guy at 57, but still working to full time. Probably will be for the next 20 years - unless I can find a sponsor! haha .. On mid-sole cleat position: I have been meaning to experiment with this. A good friend of mine - and an extremely powerful (and well known in the US)...

What: who dreads an FTP test? I thought everyone looks forward to them as much as I do! :) Well - if you do just "love" to test your FTP (like me), and you "really" want to know what your "true" 1 hour max power is, write or run a program like this...

What I did to prepare for Sebring 2017 ---today

I rode Lyell tonight. 3 1/2 hours of endurance - Ended up riding it at about the same NP as I did the Mid-Atlantic Century back in August: NP ~ 170. HR avg right at my MAF ~ 132 ... Rest day tomorrow before I embark on Ratz's 9 week Sebring training plan - O boy - can't wait I've been wearing...

What I did to prepare for Sebring 2017 ---today

In honor of Jason, I bought some donuts to eat during my 3 1/2 hour KICKR ride tomorrow morning, starting at 3am. :) Of course they are low-carb! :p

    Greetings Cruzers

FYI: You can "edit" and of your posts. Just click the little "Edit" icon at the very bottom (of each post) to the right of your name and date. ... Sorry to bust your "get and extra 5mph bubble! :( But you are right - You will gain most of your speed by making your engine stronger. There are of...

    Greetings Cruzers

Eric - That Bronze V2 IS beautiful. Congrats on the purchase. It was built by my good friend "bentaero" (lives close to me) - who for very unfortunate reasons can not ride any kind of bike any more. I was there when it was just the frame and watched him build it up. He was the reason I got my...

    Sebring 2017 newbie

It is pretty dark dark right at the start but there are some lights around, plus lots of 24-hour guys have lights too. IMHO: If you are doing the Century or 12-hour - I will not take a light or batteries with me. Just more weight to haul around. You do 3 laps on the race course, but after the...

    Sebring 2017 newbie

Nope - That is the bummer! I was told one year that you could, and I got there early to have some time.. but no go. The track is scheduled for race cars all day Friday (and Saturday during the day) - fun to watch - but no cycling. :( I'll find a post a link to my video around the track if that...

    Headrest to seat clamp

I never used them and I still have my head! Well, most of it anyway. :) My guess is the original designer thought that the headrest metal piece was going to need more support - but I think it does just fine, and I even hang a tailbox on it with 5 lbs of water bottles and some tools.

    Sebring 2017 newbie

Nope and thanks how I crashed at 23 hours 30 minutes in my 24 hours in 2015 - and tore my rotator cuff. Good news is the mileage they give you credit for is if you are riding down the center of the racetrack. Of course if you hit he apex's right you pick up about .2 miles each 3.7 mile lap. I'm...

    Sebring 2017 newbie

I could probably write a book on this. Sebring is totally self-supported. 2 years ago this Feb was my encore 24 and at Sebring. I took "everything" and I mean "everything" I thought I would need. (except proper fueling techniques and ability to ride through the night in sub-freezing temps). They...

    Radical bike rack

You obviously must have got down OK - or you would have another, more exiting story to tell. :) Yes that is true. The 2 seaters are very light. And man, if you get a crosswind, they are pretty difficult to land in anything above 10 knots.. What you have to do is track down the runway with the...

    Radical bike rack

Actually I do! Earned my private pilot's license in 3 months time back in 2011. But, my wife hates riding in small planes. They are kind of scary in the mountains - no place to land in emergency. :(

    Remove ads....

Of course the seller could just edit the subject line with "sold" at the end. That was the reference could still be there for bike type., price, etc. .. or the seller could just remove the add after the bike or item sells. How hard would that be?
