Jason, I wouldn't beat myself up over it. This is a good result and at least a minimum FTP number to start with on your V. I still think it is harder to make the power laying back at 20 degrees that upright on the DF. But I also think if you work at it long enough you can train your leg muscles...

Never had that problem Jon, but I do also "tape" the tube below my waste, so maybe most of it drains out automatically.
