    New and Improved Headrest Clamp

Even on the new frames with the metal plate at the end; water gets in by aspirating along the headrest poles. Meaning if you ride in the rain you get sand and dirt collecting in the bottom of the frame. When I get my headrest dial in; I seal the opening of mine with clear silicone bathtub...

    Beginners Pedaling Stroke

That's a good point. We use 43 degrees on the teaching bikes; that seems to be the sweet spot for most beginners. We have 3 beginners coming this weekend; with there permission we'll get some video shot so people can see how we progress them through the session.

At least a wall is big. I hit a telephone pole. Mom still says I did it to punish her for lying to me that she was holding the bike. Yo Mom's tell the kids how the brakes work before you let go of the bike. SkipB we got your back kept practicing and keep asking. lotta people her to make sure...

    Beginners Pedaling Stroke

Things to check. 1) Use a small gear; not a big one. 2) Do not look at your feet look at the horizon. 3) Make sure your shoulders are loose 4) Make sure you are not clenching your teeth When people really struggle I make them go back and coast feet on the pedal and make them try to steer the...

I am contemplating the current top position or upside-down on either of the mounts as you suggest. Upside-down would preclude the aero cover being installed unless glue inplace with a breakable glue; I don't think the magnets are aggressive enough otherwise. But upside down removes my concern...

Regarding the Front brake. That thing is functionally amazing; I'm going to wait to get a couple of hundred miles on the road with it; but I'm already plotting how to make it work as the rear brake.

    Mark's V20

Center on bike ----> check to make sure the handle bars are level. Bringing the boom in a bit helps. My final riding position is not as extended as on a DF (I ankle more on a DF), that has to do with the fact that on a DF my hips roll which they don't on the V20. Most people can pedal through...

The inside half of the cage is integrated right into the unit; and it's pretty much not removable unless you are really gutsy with releasing all the internal springs and parts. Pretty much the same as the Red and Force mechanicals. It looks to be designed to prevent users from doing exactly...

Ok the final piece of the puzzle for now is wrapping the bar tape. Most people will spend a lot of time getting the fit right before they tape up the bars. Sufficient it to say that during this build the bike spent a lot of time on the indoor trainer so the fit is dialed in. When wrapping a...

Repeat the process for your front housing. Insert into brake and tape in place if necessary and then run up to the handle bar area. With the housing ready we can now install the cable. Because we are using the ez-bend cables we can disconnect the cable at the junctions to aid in routing the...
