    Sram Yaw clamp-on adaptor

It works. The Force 22 Yaw is the same and it's dirt cheap by comparison $45. I have a braze-on one (which came off of mrs ratz's silvio) installed on the Quickr which has the same clamp as the softrider if I recall correctly. Works much better than the Rival I previously added. Just make sure...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

One more final piece for the 11sp stuff keep an eye on this: http://www.oneupcomponents.com/pages/compatibility They make the other main solution and they do custom cage arms make things really optimal. If anyone will do cool stuff with the new 11sp 10-42 cassette I'm guessing they will be...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

Yeah I'd say your need new or stiffer housing (or the hanger is loose and moving) for the bar ends plus the x7; it's probably compressing but only at the high end so you are getting less cable pull as you go. You'd see it as the derailleur not moving in towards the hub enough the further you go...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

The XG-1199 is 4130 chromoly while XG-1180 is machined steel with only the large cog in alloy so you should get around double the mileage. Since both require the XD Driver might as well get the best life span for the dollar. I go with titanium dura ace on my Shimano for the same reason. I like...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

That gets back to the power meter. I was shocked how much power it takes to go from 27-33 and from 35 up. just shocked it was a stupid high amount equivalent to a hard climb; it just doesn't feel like it when you are bombing at speed, hair on fire, wind in the face..... On a long ride I'd rather...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

And this +1; we had one that wasn't bent but it wasn't seated probably in the the cut out; and it shifted wonky until I found it.

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

Well it wasn't dumb by the last 2 years standard when Sram was pushing the 36T ten speed cassettes. I think they are just finally figuring out it's either too big or too small when you add the 1 extra cog to play with on 11sp. So let me ask What's the cage length on the X7? medium or long...

SRAM 11-speed 11-36 cassette for double chainrings?

Of course they just changed everything this year for the 11sp MTB introduction Fortunately everything in the cassettes remains interchangeable. (except when it's not)... When Robert's back he can verify me but this is what I was reading about in January. The 11sp road size cassettes...

Cd*A testing the Giro Air Attack helmet

    Do be aware the default is "asphalt" at ".004" that's smooth and awesome road surface; as in freshly paved or quiet suburb street. "rough tarmac" at ".008" is ok chip seal. So that number has to be set to guess at your road quality;

you should read "finding ultra" it would probably resonate with that experience; not a great read but it has it's moments.

    Cruzbike School is open Again

Sorry my bad. 451 are 22" wheels; the stock ones are a tad heavy and middling stiffness and basic hubs. Velocity Wheels make 451 rims in the A23 line which is a really nice rim and it makes for a faster bike no matter how you look at it. I had a set build for our Quickr bike using DT Swiss 350...

    Cruzbike School is open Again

Correct you can get the 559 wheel into the suspension fork just fine; so all you need is the chain stay. That's what we are doing on Bumble Boy's bike in-fact; and have already done to our older daughters Quest V2. 2 days ago, I ordered the 26" stay so I have it incase it gets "charles'ed" into...

    Power meter for Vendetta

Grrrr my inner mathematician has been nagging me about the data errors and whether I was adjusting correctly in my head to account for the recording dropouts. So of course someone pointed out that I can clean the data in Golden Chetah before putting it in training peaks for the calculations...
