  Heres how I set up a 20in Heres how I set up a 20in Downtube. First remove seat post and loosen the seat screws so you can bend back seat easly.Then check and see how long a seat post you need to get the seat around 45 degrees. I have never needed to bend a seat post yet. Jack

  Ok heres what I did.  I cut Ok heres what I did. I cut come pcv tube to shim the seat post at bottom of mount to straighten it up some.Then wrap it with inner tube. If you do it right rack wont slip.Iuse the panners for short hops to store and leave trunk rack on all the time. Jack

  I used a fanny pack but it I used a fanny pack but it didnt hold much.Seatpost rack with panner bags and trunk bag is better. Jack
