I've had knee problems from time to time, but nothing that's aggrivated by the Silvio. As much as it might seem like you have to flex your knees to turn the bike, the knees just don't bend that way. The hips are what allow you to turn the bike and they are quite flexible in that direction. Mark

I think (and this is just my opinion) Bryan feels like he killed RCN, so he brought BB on board to help keep BROL "fresh" all the time. If BROL was stale and it still killed RCN, then what was RCN? BB became a "legend" among the recumbent community because his rag was the only game in town...

Maybe. In one of my earlier musings, I held the contention that you need to develop a "CruzBike Body" to be efficient on a CruzBike. What I meant by that was; you need to get your upperbody toned and conditioned to respond to your lower body input AND be mindful of what your hips are doing...

Marc, In most CB setups, the Telescoping Front Tube (TFT) attaches to the steerer above the headtube. So, this would preclude the useage of a flex glide type system. Also, due to the input needed from the upper body, I don't think you would want that stem moving around much. :shock: Mark
