    Starting and stopping

All good advice above. That's pretty impressive mileage for just getting your S30. I also bought an S30 in May and never lean all the way back when starting. I find it helpful to sit up with my upper body close to the handlebars and sitting a bit on the back of the backrest (hard to explain)...

    It only took 13 years!

The tribe has made me a bit misty eyed with the kind comments. A gracious thank you. Back to the bike ... ;) do you think there is any chance of adding air shocks to a trailer like this? Not something we absolutely need just thinking ahead and letting the mind wander. Maybe something...

    It only took 13 years!

It's the smoothest rolling trailer I found. I tried out quite a few when my son was small and none pulled as smoothly and evenly as this. It's made by Wike, they make a variety of trailers for kids and transport of "stuff". My son is 78 lbs., plus I added a car seat and it pulls/pushes smooth...

    It only took 13 years!

Success!!! The lady with a bad back can finally pull her son that doesn't ride anything but a wheelchair. It's only taken me 13 years (Logan's age) to find the perfect combination. I had given up until I bought the sofrider and saw the potential. Trike was too slow, DF popped wheelies the...

Shoot me and put me out of my MISERY!

    Joe's New Tires

Can't wait to see video of your A rides now. May have to mount a rear camera cause you'll be in front. They won't stand a chance batman.

    Let's talk front wheel removal

I know this is an old post, but I feel a deep connection with your wife Ratz. LOL. I'm sure when she's not in sailor mode she's very sweet!

Columbia River Gorge Tour on my S30

It was evil! But now I won't be afraid to practice on the big hills here at home.

Columbia River Gorge Tour on my S30

Yes, I was apprehensive going in, but you should have seen my face driving to Gresham. I was petrified! Lot's of self talk in the car ... "what have you done" "oh my, the sweep guy is gonna hate you", "Well, can't back out now". I'm so glad there was a family on the trip - they stopped for...

Columbia River Gorge Tour on my S30

I only had one experience with rumble strips, we had to ride on the main highway for a short time - I couldn't believe how hard it was to control the bike plus you get your head beat up on the headrest unless you hold you head up.

Atlantic Coast Epic Tour ride report

I found the same to be true! I was also uncomfortable with all the attention. People were genuinely interested and I liked talking about it but it became awkward that it dominated the conversation. Also because I'm not a strong rider, and just getting back into riding, I didn't want to give...

Columbia River Gorge Tour on my S30

This tour rented all their vans, so maybe not. How was the Atlantic coast tour? Yes Rick, it definitely lived up to the dream. About half the group was retired or had jobs with summers off, a mix of couples and individuals, and now that I saw the age group, I can tell you there is plenty of...
