Over-reaching - haha - that is what I call stupid math - they just probably have this dumb program going off your averages. If you were consistently riding 100+ miles a day - it probably would not say a thing, since that was the new normal. You are probably not over-reaching until you start...

You can join anytime. If you joined this week, I can go back and count your last weeks miles. That would give you 14 weeks to accumulate 3000 miles. Not impossible.
