My Sofrider v2 came with microshift 3x8 twist shifters. I used micoshift 3x10 trigger shifters , and FD with an ultegra RD. those seemed smooth , but were at war with my brake levers. I never installed a triple. Only reason I currently have sram is I wanted to try the Yaw FDers.

1. Trainer road works fine on my Samsung Galaxy S4 with ANT+ power, speed, heartrate, and cadence sensors. 2. It looks like the Zwift mobile link was designed as a remote head unit/display for Zwift . you will still need a ANT+ dongled computer to give swift access to your sensors ?

Do you have access to a trainer ??? It's great to be able to work on bike fit without other distractions .
