    Q-Rings, input please

I cannot emphasize enough the importance if you are going to try the Q's that they be set up properly. Otherwise they will never work as designed.

Climbing on FWD MBB - a few questions.

Having been on the same hills on nearly every mainstream recumbent at some point over the years - the MBB FWD simply out climbs them all. That is not to say that any given rider will outclime every other rider, but that for one given rider THEY will climb better on an MBB FWD than other...

    Q-Rings, input please

Key is proper setup. Once they are dialed in it is great and I use them any any bike I have set up for longer rides and/or performance. It has been my experience that people who gave up on them right away just simply did not put in the miles to dial them in properly. Robert

Questions re: Silvio from a stickbike/lowracer rider

Duncan, I know we have had a few chats on FB already - but definitely call or email me if you have specific questions on fit. A lot of good info above. Installed SRAM X7 Type 2 rear deraileur

I ride 53/30 Q's with an 11/40 cassette and a long cage T2X0 RD and can use every gear even cross chained if needed. The X7 and X9 long cages will be the same and all are great especially the Type2. Robert

    Steering damper/stabilizer

I do basically the same I do basically the same method as above just simplified a bit, but agree with this: repeat the steps 5 times or so each. Many people try to do a coasting one time and then assume they are ready for the dead start with the bike. Repetitions are key. That said, I have...

If you do a repaint there If you do a repaint there are no decal sets that we have to sell, and our decals are the thin style that go under the clear coat.
