If you do, I want to try it! I love both my Q and my S30, but there's always the curiosity about the new models. I have the S30 without front suspension, that I'd be willing to let you try out.

I got one. I was ready for something more reclined than the Silvio 1.5, but 27 degrees (much less 20) was just too much for me. The 33-degree seat angle (and lighter front end) compared to the original S30 were what I was looking for.

I put the A5-RE on my Q last year. Definite improvement over the original shock. Someone recently installed the dual-chamber A5-RR1 on his Q.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you're OK... The Quest 3.0 (559) was $1995 in 2014. It's been discontinued, replaced by the QX100. Same frame and wheel size, different color, the DualDrive and single 42T e-ring replaced with a 34-48 double crankset. The QX100 lists for $1749...

More or less, yes, especially when combined with swaying the boom side to side just a bit--kind of like when a rider on an upright sways the bike side to side when standing to climb a hill or sprint.

I've seen this discussed on BROL several times. The consensus seems to be that it's better to shim the shoe and/or cleat for slight differences in leg length.
