Just be consistent. I get on the scale each morning in the my birthday suite. It is used for the Watts/KG stat, so less is more, but 1 or 2 lbs of gear is not going to make all that big of a difference.

The frames for the Vendetta or Silvio are really too high for a lower-racer. They both are very fast and can be tuned to your body size to be extremely aero, but you just can't get that low on either of them.

You can write you TR programs in Zwift and still execute your workout while riding around it Zwift. I do it all the time!
