    Just....questions

I can't remove my left bottle due to my shoulder too. Not really a problem, I just swap the bottles over at some point. As everyone says, time, practice and confidence. You'll be wondering what the problem was before you know it.

    Just....questions

This made me smile! LOVE the banana holder!! X-D I noticed when I was testing out the underseat holders on the trainer that the right side one was almost impossible for me to grab due to shoulder issues, so that suggestion of lowering it makes a LOT of sense! Thanks!

    Just....questions

...don't want to have to stop each time I need a drink. I have cages mounted below the seat and in the Race Cage that I've practiced with on the trainer. I prefer the ones in the Race Cage; they just feel easier for me. I've considered using a bladder, but I'd still have to free up a hand to get...

How has Zwift changed your indoor training routine?

Hi Jonas. That is a broad question. I could type a book in response. I have used Zwift in a variety of ways. In the beginning I converted TrainerRoad workouts, because they had a better training program, and did the workout on Zwift. Since then, Zwift has improved their workout library...

    S40 and Wahoo Kickr compatibility

I have an S 40 on a Saris trainer. In order to make it fit, I had to remove the disc brake caliper. I just took the caliper off and let it hang. It was easy to reattach.

    S40 and Wahoo Kickr compatibility

...Kickr Core with my S40 and Q45 with no problems. This previous post included the setup diagram. Post in thread 'Binding axle on Kickr' https://forum.cruzbike.com/threads/binding-axle-on-kickr.16003/post-187956 The Q is on the trainer right now. Fork is similar to S so I can share a pic if...

    S40 and Wahoo Kickr compatibility

Hi All - we have 2 trainers set up in our guest/fitness room, a Saris H3 and a Wahoo Kickr Core. I usually use the Saris and my spouse uses his Kickr. I just put 90 miles of riding outside on my S40 Gen 6, but it’s getting a bit too hot to ride outside. I would really appreciate any input you...

My Very First Recumbent is a V20

I rode my friend's (coasted is the right word really) Performer low racer and I have a feeling that it will feel great once I am able to pedal it because it is so low. One guy posted that his low racer was .5mph father than his high racer, but I am not expecting it to be noticeably faster, if at...

My Very First Recumbent is a V20

...among my noncb bikes is my M5tica, which is still one of my absolute favorites to ride. The performer is similar. I put my tica on my wahoo trainer just so i can ride it. Don’t expect it to be faster than the v. It is close, but my v is still faster. It’s just a totally different ride...

Anybody interested in doing Calvin's Challenge 2026

...I wasn’t really pushing it, I was just at a peak. Since then I had an illness, foot surgery, and started looking at Medicaid. Recently I’ve been using Trainer Road’s new AI based custom plans. I told it I wanted to peak May 16 for a 100 mile race.

    2021 S40 for sale - SOLD

Off topic - Are you a regular visitor to Tucson? Just finishing a short (5 week) stay and really enjoyed the cycling. Will be back next year for much longer. Unfortunately I’m heading back to cold and snow so my S40 will be back on a trainer for a few months.

    Going ultra on the S40?

...a month and a half, I did my first mountain test, and it went well. That was in the autumn. I spent the whole winter training on a Cruzbike trainer to get ready for the brevet season, which helped a lot. In 2025, I did all my cycling events on the S40, except for one 300 km brevet. I...

Things were looking good for our rugged crew. Ken spoke for his teammates when he said “Bring on those pesky hill climbs! We’ve...

    Cayuses still creakin', still Cruisin'

I don’t use Zwift. After using Zwift for a long time (exclusively over one Wisconsin winter), I tried MyWhoosh then Rouvy. I much prefer Rouvy. Were I still using Zwift I’d likely join in but don’t want to go back.

    Cayuses still creakin', still Cruisin'

...the price of zwift now tbh. I'd not use it enough to get value for money anymore. I did used to enjoy it but my reason for getting a smart trainer was to knock the indoor Everesting badge off the list. I just use it as a dumb trainer atm. Tried mywhoosh but it kept messing me around and I was...
