The rules state you must ride the same "type" - so you can't start with upright and move to recumbent. But you could ride any recumbent bike if using bents, or any upright bike - reg or TT if starting on upright.

We had to pick distance. Sure 12 miles is short to a speedster like you (but just ride a slower bike if you want it to take longer), but we have people riding Quests and S40's and other less efficient bike - some are spending an hour riding as hard as they can. Just be consistent. I get on the scale each morning in the my birthday suite. It is used for the Watts/KG stat, so less is more, but 1 or 2 lbs of gear is not going to make all that big of a difference.

The frames for the Vendetta or Silvio are really too high for a lower-racer. They both are very fast and can be tuned to your body size to be extremely aero, but you just can't get that low on either of them.

Sorry - That was only for the "winter version" last year, which I did not do this year since I was in the throngs of moving - It was a real pain to allow both Zwift and "real" - Plus outside is so much more realistic. :rolleyes:

You can write you TR programs in Zwift and still execute your workout while riding around it Zwift. I do it all the time!
