Second bike I am listing today. This Vendetta was purchased used last year.
It has an Ultegra groupset though the crank has been replaced with a BBK with an XD 15-C bottom bracket and 50-34 Q-rings and 145cm crank arms (your choice of the two)
ICAN 38c carbon rims, rim brake, and Conti 5000 clinchers with plenty of wear left.
The pedals are Favero Assiomas, left side only power meter with charger. They work great and use Look style cleats.
The bag will stay since it doesn't fit the new V but the mirrors and Quad Locks on the bars are not included.
Finally, it is shown here with the long chain stays (I'm 6'1" and like the higher foot position ) but I also have the standard length stay that could be swapped out easily.
I can ship in a Cruzbike box at your expense.
