You will have a better chance if you are able to ship it. You can take it to a local REI and they will do a good job of it. I think the last time I bought one from someone that is how we did it. The buyer pays for the service and you can even ask them to purchase a bikeflights.com label. All you have to do it slap the label on the box and take it UPS - or they can even pick it up.

I know but I had such a ridiculously bad experience shipping a bike in the past that I would rather just wait. Also, I have 15 million people within a 3.5 hour drive so all isn’t lost
