21' Q45 Headrest

Hello,
I am new to Cruzbike and bought my first in May. I am loving it. I have been trialing different seat positions to find the most comfortable. When very upright, I get numbness in my glutes. It is much better laid back more (and I am faster) but there is quite a strain on my neck. Since I came to Cruzbike for a third neck fusion, that is concerning. I am looking for suggestions for a head rest. I did not see anything on the Forum for a Q45 headrest and I am not sure if there are any quirks to the Q45 and fitting a headrest. Thanks
