22 or 25mm tires (tubular) for Silvio 2.0?

I'm getting tubular wheels for my Silvio 2.0 frameset (on order).
People agree that Conti Sprinters are the best affordable tubular tires.

The wheels have disk brakes so there's no issue with rim brake clearance.

Given that the Silvio has suspension I'm wondering whether there'll be a noticeable difference between the two available tire widths or other benefits for one or the other.

There are plenty of articles stating that wider is faster, but I believe the opinion is based on clinchers. Tubulars have a narurally rounder cross section than comparable clinchers and can feel faster overall. The typically lighter rim is part of the equation, but also is the reduced rolling resistance among other factors. I find tubulars to offer a better ride and I would opt for the wider tire.

i found wider clinchers (28mm rubino pro @ 70psi vs. 23mm evo corsa @ 100 psi) reduced wheelspin when powering up 10% + hills.
the rims are wide section, 23mm (h plus son archetype) which are said to give clinchers a similar profile to tub's.
the change also gave a noticeable improvement to comfort.
