Heavily modified Cruzbike Sofrider 2.1, built up from the frame. The stem,seat, fork & frame are stock, just about everything else has been upgraded.

Upgraded parts include:
Bontrager XX carbon fiber seatpost
Shimano 105 front and XTR rear derailleur
Truvativ 30/40/52 carbon fiber triple crank
Cane Creek AD-5 air shock for rear suspension
BB-7 front disk brake with a light rotor. Rear is a paul designs motolite V brake. This mullet combination allows swapping out different wheelsets, but I ended up getting rid of the 26" set.
Wheelset is hand built Mavic CXP33 rims with American classic disk hubs. American classic titanium skewers. shimano 12-28 cassette w/ 2 titanium cogs.
The rear rack comes off with one bolt: it's an Old Man Mountain Sherpa quick release front rack.

geneel169 - I think that was purchased by Lary in Sacramento. He then sold it to me in Feb 2012. I got it for my wife, but she says it's just not for her. So I'm putting it up for sale. I'm in New Hampshire, but I would ship it for $100. The asking price is $1000. Here's the description:
