A bolt missing?

I just assembled my newly bought Sofrider, and there is only one bolt linking the rear suspension to the frame (and two at the rear triangle, that I had to put). Is that normal?

Swing arm attachment

Sylvain,

The swing arm is attached to the frame using a swing arm axle that has a single bolt going through the middle of it.

The shock absorber should have a special bolt/nut assembly at each end.
